Galit is a singer-songwriter based in Los Angeles. Before she started to create music, she embarked on a career in film production. She was a co-founder of "SRO Entertainment" a production film company that produced Hollywood featured films with A-list Hollywood actors and directors. Such as Tom Cruise, Selma Hayek, Collin Farrell, and Donald Sutherland. In 2018 Galit launched her new career in music as a singer/songwriter. Two short years later, two EP's and over 20 singles under her belt, Galit has successfully turned a childhood passion into her vocation. Inspired by artists the likes of Tori Amos and Tracy Chapman she's writing words and music that tell stories and speak about the human condition. Social justice, women empowerment, and gender equality are issues close to her heart. Her dream is to break the stereotype of a woman and a mother, that above a certain age can never make it in the music biz. The role of your womb may be over for this lifetime, but your ability to create is there for the rest of your life. Her goal is to touch and inspire everyone through her music. Galit is often compared to female artists like Alanis Morrissette, Lana Del Ray, Sarah McLachlan, Fiona Apple, Celine Dion, Florence (and the machine) and Joni Mitchel.
